1. Snake Wine 
It's made by steeping a snake in rice wine, or by mixing snake bodily fluids, such as blood with the alcohol.

The things you should do daily is Physical Activity. Always exercise, take a jog, walk around, do what ever helps you keep moving.

For your daily foods you should eat:
cheese, yogurt, olive oil, fruits, beans, legumes, nuts, vegetables, bread, pasta, rice, couscous, polenta, potatoes, and other whole grains.

Weekly foods should be:
sweets, eggs, poultry, and fish.

And monthly food is:
meat.

Daily beverages would be:
six glasses of water and wine in moderation.

9. Premium Crispy Chicken Club Sandwich, 70 mg Cholesterol, 1200 mg Sodium, and 57 g Carbohydrates, but a chicken sandwich has 23 mg of Cholesterol less, 734 mg less of Sodium, and 30.77 g of Carbohydrates.
