The top ten most unhealthy foods from McDonald's would be:
10. Premium McWrap Southwest Crispy Chicken, it has 65 mg of Cholesterol, 1470 mg Sodium, and 68 g of Carbohydrates but in a regular chicken sandwich the Cholesterol is 18 mg less, Sodium is 1,004 mg less, and Carbohydrates are 41.77 g less. 
9. Premium Crispy Chicken Club Sandwich, 70 mg Cholesterol, 1200 mg Sodium, and 57 g Carbohydrates, but a chicken sandwich has 23 mg of Cholesterol less, 734 mg less of Sodium, and 30.77 g of Carbohydrates. 
8. Bacon Clubhouse Burger, it has 70 mg Cholesterol, 1200 mg Sodium, and 57 g Carbohydrates, a regular burger has 20 mg less of Cholesterol, 700 mg of Sodium, and 25.25 g of Carbohydrates
7. Bacon Clubhouse Crispy Chicken Sandwich, it has 90 mg Cholesterol, 1720 mg Sodium, and 65 g Carbohydrates but a chicken sandwich has 43 mg less of Cholesterol, 1254 mg of Sodium less, and 38.77 g of Carbohydrates.

It is better to eat at home then to go out to McDonald's and eat. You save money and comsume less bad things then more of good. Save your gas, money, and just use some time to cook a healthy meal.
